Bridgit is a 50 person construction software company that was launched by Lauren Lake and Mallorie Brodie in 2014. In 2019, Bridgit launched its second platform, Bridgit Bench, a workforce planning tool built specifically for construction. Bridgit Bench enables operations teams to simplify project planning and allocation processes. General contractors across North America are using Bridgit Bench to confidently eliminate ‘gut feel’ decision making and save valuable time doing manpower prep with custom allocations, skills and experience tracking, dashboards, people and project gantts, and an on-the-go mobile app. Growing off of clients’ success with Bridgit Field since 2014, Bridgit Bench gives operations teams the opportunity to leave their spreadsheets behind with a quick and easy implementation process and the ability to build custom integrations through the open API.
