DLAN is used internationally by small and large public sector and private sector organizations. Industries served include emergency management, healthcare, transportation, utilities, education, and corporate. DLAN includes all the tools needed for emergency preparedness, response, recovery, and reporting. The tools include real-time information sharing dashboards, a ticketing system for task/mission/resource management, secure emergency communications, ESRI-based GIS mapping, asset & finance tracking, Incident Action Plans (IAPs) & Situation Reports creators, document & contact management, and after-action report generators.
