So welcome to BuildingWorks, the new kid on the block. And not just new but unique. It’s a fully-integrated, subscription-based construction software platform for new builds, extensions, conversions and refurbishments. Design and Estimate were the first modules to be released in January 2018. A 3D model and estimate build live on the screen as you draft your plan. Simultaneously it shows you the cost of the materials, the labour involved, the rates, energy performance and much more. And culminates in a full Bill of Quantities, New Rules of Measurement and detailed costings. There's nothing like it on the market today in the UK. You don't have to draw the plan yourself, you can import a scan or a file created in AutoCAD or Revit for example. After Design and Estimate we'll be releasing Energy performance evaluation, Project management, CDM 2015 health and safety compliance and building contracts modules. BuildingWorks employs all the practical aspects of BIM but essentially it’s a co-ordinated, effective, holistic process for getting a project completed on time and on budget. And that’s needed whether you’re working on million pound Government project or a small site of new homes.
