These guys host a domain for me. Occasionally I've had the need to use their customer services via their chat facility. Each time my issue has been resolved really very quickly. On the latest occasion I had an incredibly important CoVid-vaccine-related document to email and was helped with an issue preventing me from sending it. They always seem to be there to help whenever I need it. Not sure if they office-hours as they always respond pretty much immediately. Chris

“If only every company and service was on the level…”
If only every company and service was on the level of Catalyst2. I had struggled for years with a hopeless web and email host (constantly blacklisted, appalling customer support). Then they gave me 30 days notice they were shutting down. Luckily, I found Catalyst2 and the wonderful Nic, who dissipated all my worry and anxiety, in ensuring all my emails were exported safely. My email performance is now hitch-free. Marvellous! All the guys are so helpful, far exceeding expectations every time. My experience has been like having my own dedicated IT support team! My domain names are also hosted by Catalyst2 now. If you’re considering signing up with them, don’t hesitate, they are all brilliant!

We have been with Catalyst2 for just over a month now and I have to say I am very impressed so far. Very good advice given for the initial dedicated server setup and extremely knowledgeable. They had the new server up and running a few days earlier than expected. Support requests are answered very quickly and so far issues have been resolved just as quickly. I highly recommend this company from the experience I have had so far .
