Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
ClearPath's Digital Fulfillment Platform delivers strong reliability and uptime for imaging operations. The user reports minimal downtime over six months—just two brief incidents—and credits the PACS integration with performing consistently without the silent failures common in competing systems. Bugs have been infrequent and minor, never disrupting actual workflows.
The reviewer values this stability highly given their business model, where imaging release failures halt operations entirely. However, this single review offers limited insight into other aspects of the platform, such as ease of use, customer support quality, pricing, or performance under heavier loads. Prospective buyers should seek additional feedback before committing, particularly if workflow reliability is just one of several decision factors.

“Six months running ClearPath's Digital Fulfillment Platform for a small…”
Six months running ClearPath's Digital Fulfillment Platform for a small imaging operation, and the uptime story is genuinely the headline. Downtime has been almost nonexistent. I track this stuff obsessively because our workflows stop cold when imaging release fails, and I've had maybe two brief disruptions since we onboarded, both resolved before I finished my second coffee. The PACS integration held up without the kind of silent failures I've come to dread from other platforms. Bugs have been rare and minor, nothing that broke a real workflow.
