Thursday, May 2, 2019 #68110 SMW from Bellwether Training I was an XRM customer so am somewhat spoiled - what a great company! But then XRM got bought by Cyberlink. Fortunately the quality of the support desk is still excellent - they are super-efficient and helpful. But the billing department stinks.
