Review Summary

Generated using AI from real user reviews

DentiMax is overwhelmingly praised by users, though one reviewer reported serious issues with bugs and support delays. Eight of nine reviews give five-star ratings and highlight the software as stable, intuitive, and complete. Users consistently commend the easy navigation and integrated workflow—particularly the ability to view imaging, charts, and clinical notes simultaneously without switching screens. The payment collection features stand out as notably transparent and efficient compared to competitors.

Beyond the software itself, the company's support team receives repeated praise for being responsive, helpful, and personal. Multiple reviewers mention fast email and phone support, remote setup assistance, and staff who remember them by name. The bundled imaging sensors also draw positive comments for their slim design and compatibility with other practice software.

The single one-star review strikes a different note, citing frequent bugs and customer support wait times exceeding 90 minutes. This creates a tension with the broader feedback, though it remains an outlier among the nine reviews assessed. Prospective buyers should weigh the strong majority experience against this isolated but serious complaint about stability and responsiveness.
