Of course, they are now using our latest version. Technology has changed quite a bit since the DOS days. But one thing that has not changed is our business philosophy that has served us well for over 31 years. It is our philosophy to develop the easiest to use dental software program available, one that would make sense to the dentist and the staff who use it. Since the program was developed by a dentist, we feel we have an edge here. We also believe technical support calls should be answered promptly and only by support people with expert knowledge of the program. Also, the price should be very affordable, and at a full price of $595, we are the most affordable program on the market. The most important principle of our philosophy is honesty. We are "up front"? with our customers and our advertising. We do not try to lure you in with a low priced "Basic"? version, and then try to sell you our higher priced "Premium"? version which has additional "must have"? features. There is no extra charge for a "network"? version. You can network Diamond Dental and hook up as many computers as you want. There is no extra charge for additional providers. You can have as many providers as you want. We only have one version and it is called Diamond Dental Software. The price is $595 and it also includes one year of technical support. We do not charge extra for technical support. It comes with the program.
