With the principals' experience in the hosting and ISP marketplace in the late 90's, DomainWizardry is focussed on controlled, managed growth. We don't advertise in the paper or radio, we don't offer free hosting and we *do* charge a reasonable rate for enterprise class services. Yes, we have yet to lose a customer from operational or technical problems. We pride ourselves on that fact, and use that figure to drive our architecture and service offerings to new realms.
