I'm laughing at some of these below-par reviews. Freight Genie is not a magic lamp. you still have to put in the work to close the sale. We are very happy with our results at Freight Genie. We shut down all other marketing services. Freight Genie is able to produce shippers that actually are looking for a brokers help with their loads getting moved. If you can't close these then you probably won't last in the industry. in the last 4 months we've closed 10 shippers, and have had numerous quality meetings. That is all we can ask for. 100 out of 10 for this company!

This has been a horrible experience. 1st I did not get any leads for the 1st 3 days and when the " so called leads" came in, I found that 2 out of 3 of them, do not even work for the company anymore. In some cases you find out the contact on the lead works for a different company or the company information on the lead is wrong. I had to spend more time doing my own research on these leads to find any matching/credible information or sales intelligent. Its a big "SHAM" and waste of time. You will spend more time going back and forth trying to get good leads than focusing on closing the leads. Stop marketing and selling services you cannot provide. It takes a lot of work to search, call, and find good leads and you guys don`t seem to have any clue what your talking about.
