Three years ago I pushed hard for AIS partly because I suspected our team would need flexibility that our old on-premise setup could never give us. That hunch paid off. The browser-based access means I can pull up a policy mid-audit from a hotel lobby, flag an endorsement issue on my phone while I'm between meetings, or walk a junior underwriter through a coverage question without being tethered to the office. Nothing about that workflow feels like a workaround. It's just how the system works, and it works well.
