Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
GKG's cPanel delivers clear server visibility that users found immediately valuable. The product consolidates monitoring that previously required piecing together SSH sessions and scattered logs, with built-in analytics and reporting that let teams track bandwidth, disk usage, resource constraints, and error summaries at a glance. One user renewed after the first year specifically because of the dashboards, and found that configuring scheduled reports for management check-ins was straightforward once they learned the interface.
The dashboard requires some initial setup—the default layout doesn't surface everything—but users who invested time customizing widgets and thresholds ended up with reporting structures that matched their needs. Support response times were quick despite a lean team. The mobile experience for analytics is functional but unpolished, a minor drawback for teams that need to check infrastructure on the go.

“Visibility into what our servers are actually doing used to…”
Visibility into what our servers are actually doing used to be a patchwork of SSH sessions and half-remembered log locations. GKG's cPanel changed that pretty fast. The built-in analytics and reporting dashboards are the reason I renewed without hesitation after year one. At a glance I can see bandwidth usage trends, disk consumption per account, resource bottlenecks, and error-log summaries without cobbling anything together myself. For a startup that's scaled from twelve people to nearly forty over the past year, that kind of clarity is genuinely valuable.
The dashboard layout rewards time spent with it. Early on I missed a few things because the default view doesn't surface everything, but once I rearranged the widgets and set up a few custom thresholds, I had exactly the reporting structure I needed. Scheduled email reports to my manager were straightforward to configure, which made monthly infrastructure check-ins a lot less painful. Customer support answered my one real configuration question within a few hours, which surprised me given how lean their apparent team seems to be.
A couple of minor gripes: the mobile view of the analytics section is functional but not polished, and I wish there were a few more export formats for the usage reports (CSV is there, but PDF formatting is basic). Those are small complaints. For the price we pay and the server visibility we get, GKG has genuinely been one of the easier calls I've made since joining this company. If you're managing hosting infrastructure for a growing team and need dashboards that actually tell you something useful, this is worth a serious look.
