Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
Grower Vertical handles routine nursery operations reliably, though it stumbles on complexity. The user has stuck with it for three years, crediting it with solid inventory tracking, order management, and workflow tagging across grow cycles. Where it falls short is in less common scenarios—split-container orders and tiered wholesale pricing require manual workarounds or support calls. The vendor responds helpfully when contacted, but the user feels these gaps should have been addressed already. For standard workflows, it beats spreadsheets; buyers running mostly predictable operations will likely find it adequate, while those dealing with custom pricing or non-standard order types may hit frustration.

“Three years with Grower Vertical and it genuinely holds up…”
Three years with Grower Vertical and it genuinely holds up for day-to-day nursery operations. Inventory tracking, order management, tagging workflows for different grow cycles, all solid. What I keep running into, though, are the edge cases around split-container orders and custom pricing tiers for wholesale accounts. The system handles standard scenarios well, but push it past that and you're patching things manually or calling support. They've been helpful when I do reach out, but some of these gaps should have been fixed by now. Still, for the core work, I wouldn't go back to spreadsheets.
