"Highly Effective Budgeting and Reporting Tool " IDU-Concept adopts a very professional approach to implementation with a robust project plan and a dedicated project manager and implementation manager. This resulted in a very successful implementation that was achieved on time and under budget. Their post-implementation support has been fantastic, our business did not sign a support contract with them, so all our service requests have been ad-hoc , however I have never waited more than 60 mins for a response and every query was resolved adequately and immediately. I would highly recommend IDU-Concepts. Pros IDU-Concept automated the complete budgeting and forecasting of our Group of companies and has reduced the time to complete our annual budgets from months to days! Cons The user interface is slightly complicated at first, however this is overcome quite quickly. The interface is due some modernization. To be fair to IDU-Concept there have been regular updates

Pros The customisation of the reports, as well the level of security for access. The customer service we received. Cons I cannot drill down to transaction level in the income statement. Dashboards are complex to create and it not security friend for user access.

"Great budgeting tool" It's been a positive experience using IDU. Although there was a bit of learning curve required to grasp how to use it but now it's simple. Pros It's a good system that has a lot of functions needed for budgeting. It's great value for money as well. Cons I am not sure if it's related to the current version of the software we use but I think the user interface could be made better. Switched from Microsoft Excel Excel does not offer greater control and visibility of our budgets.

Pros The comprehensiveness whilst staying simplistic. The ability to at an instance view financial information. Cons No Cons, just a local setup is a slight hindrance.
