What is LiveMore Capital?
We’re on a mission to simplify later life lending. In fact, we were built based on the belief that the usual high street mortgage options available when you’re aged 55 or over are limited and not good enough. There’s got to be a different way, we thought. So, we built the different way. As a specialist lender, we offer a range of mortgages known as retirement interest-only mortgages. And because that’s all we offer, we’ve taken the time to think about what our customers may need and the care that they might want from us throughout the time they have a relationship with us. As a team, we have many years of experience in later life lending and in financial technology innovation. We think we’ve used that experience to build something that we think shows we care.

Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
LiveMore Capital delivers predictable, transparent pricing that holds up well over time—a rare find among financial software vendors. The user has found the platform's straightforward licensing model genuinely valuable across a three-year enterprise deployment, with costs scaling reasonably as headcount grows and no hidden fees creeping in over time. This matters most when defending software spend to finance leadership.
The platform's narrow focus on retirement products means no unnecessary bloat, and core functionality covers what the team needs. Setup required more IT effort than the vendor initially suggested, and reporting flexibility could improve. Still, the user views total cost of ownership as better than competitors they evaluated initially, which is what drives their continued confidence in the choice.

“Three years into an enterprise rollout and the pricing structure…”
Three years into an enterprise rollout and the pricing structure still holds up in a way I genuinely did not expect. Most software vendors in this category start reasonable and then quietly nickle-and-dime you with seat fees, module unlocks, and annual hikes that outpace any value they've added. LiveMore Capital hasn't done that. The licensing model is straightforward, the billing is predictable, and when we scaled up our adviser headcount last year, the cost conversation was refreshingly short. That kind of financial clarity matters when you're managing a large operations budget and justifying spend to a CFO who has seen too many vendor surprises.
The platform itself is purpose-built for retirement interest-only products, so there's no wasted bloat you're paying for and never using. Everything my team actually needs is there. A few reporting features could be more flexible, and the initial configuration took more IT hours than the sales team implied it would. But after three years? The total cost of ownership looks better than anything else I evaluated at the start, and that's what I keep coming back to.
