A follow-on meeting will automatically set up the attendees, agenda and, will pull through all the actions from previous meetings so you can keep an eye on whats getting done. 3. Formal Meetings - A more formal approach to meetings where you can set the meeting up in advance, send out agendas, request reports from attendees, and download board packs.
