After many years in the telecoms industry we got fed up with customers not been completely satisfied by the big brands’ pricing and service, so Merlin Telecoms was created to be very different to the rest. We'll share with you the industry’s pricing secrets and help you save money (up to 70%) whilst delivering awesome service. We're committed to making sure all our clients are happy with every aspect of their telecoms and that they have exactly what they need for their business now and as it grows. Flexibility is our watch word, putting you in control so that you always have exactly what you need and only pay for for what you use. Our clients become more efficient by having the best lines, calls, broadband, data and Ethernet solutions and much more, including VoIP and our own pro-iPBX, according to what works best for them. When we say customer service we genuinely mean it, with a 30 day customer agreement, we have got to provide great, flexible service because we don't believe in customers being bound by contracts that don’t suit them. “I have been with Merlin for quite a few years…”
I have been with Merlin for quite a few years and cannot recommend them highly enough. Whenever we have had any issues with our phones or lines they have been on it straight away. They are always friendly and helpful and prompt us when we need to change the hours on the phones for bank holidays, Christmas etc. I never consider any of the other phone companies who ring up as I know I won't get as good a service.
