What is Pinnacle Cart?

PinnacleCart was developed by a pair of childhood friends, Craig and Mike. At different times in their life, they had both tried their hand with online business ideas. Unfortunately, they both found the eCommerce software they tested to be lacking major features that are necessary for success. Ideas for online businesses would always sneak back into their conversations and the guys finally came to the same conclusion – that they needed to build a better eCommerce solution. All of the eCommerce platforms they’d tried had the same major issue – they could handle financial transactions but were not good at driving traffic to the stores, increasing an average order amount, or increasing the number of orders in the shopping cart. Nothing of the platforms they worked with had been built from a marketing perspective so they saw an opportunity to put their expertise together and build a marketing-based eCommerce solution. After the guys pulled in another friend or two, they were soon boasting an eCommerce team with a combination of more than 20 years in Internet, online marketing, and software. The dream was close to realization when building an eCommerce platform of their own seemed the next logical step… and PinnacleCart was born. The first year was rough. The first PinnacleCart office was based in a hotel room and the guys often felt there weren’t enough hours in the day to get things done. They were building their dream while working other jobs and raising families. But finally, they put together all the pieces together and PinnacleCart began to grow. Because of their bare bones beginning and the hours they put into making their idea a success, the team at PinnacleCart knows and personally understands the problems you’ll face as you take the leap to start a new company or grow your existing business. The early struggle is still a strong guide and motivator in the way PinnacleCart does business. In their effort to build a solution that worked for their exact needs, they created a system that provides for all SMB owners.
