There support is ticket based and they answer quite fully and have always sorted the problems. Have only used their ticket based support which is fine for my non commercial website. We have been so impressed that we have now transferred all the domains we manage over to this company. Great value, exceptional technical support - nothing is too much trouble, they are extremely quick to respond to questions or requests and always courteous. Very easy to navigate Host Control Panel with detailed information/instructions for everything available with your package and a huge array of web tools, diagnostics and scripts ready for use at the click of a button.
