Five years of pulling up PremiTech on a tablet at client sites, in mobile scanning vans, occasionally in hospital corridors with spotty Wi-Fi. That context matters, because mobile reliability is where a lot of imaging platforms quietly fall apart. PremiTech doesn't. The interface scales down without losing the controls I actually need, and switching between GE and Mindray system profiles mid-visit takes maybe thirty seconds. For an agency that manages imaging procurement across a rotating portfolio of clinic clients, that consistency is genuinely valuable. My team leads know they can trust it regardless of what device they grab in the morning.
The one frustration I keep running into is offline mode. If a client facility has a network outage, certain comparison and reporting features simply lock up until connectivity returns. After five years I've built workarounds, but it's the kind of thing that shouldn't require workarounds.
