Safe Data Storage Ltd is a UK-based cloud backup company established in 2004. We offer a fully managed, professional, secure UK-based online backup service to businesses, education and charities. Having been established for well over a decade, we believe our lengthy experience helps us deliver the highest quality of data storage services and support. Our partnership with Ahsay began in 2005 and we are now not only a platinum partner, but their largest partner in the UK with over a Petabyte of data. Similarly, we are very proud to be StorageCraft’s second Master Managed Service Provider (MSP) here in the UK. At Safe Data Storage we are very proud to be both ISO 9001 and ISO 27001-accredited. ISO 9001 is an international standard that shows we have quality management systems in place to consistently provide products and customer service of the highest quality. ISO 27001 is a certification that assesses businesses on their management processes for keeping data secure (read more about what this accreditation means for Safe Data Storage here). Our UK infrastructure network uses our own servers and storage hosted in two ISO 27001 accredited data centres. To help us offer services outside of the UK to our clients and resellers, we host a number of backup servers in Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Ohio (US), Dublin (Ireland) and Frankfurt (Germany). Our office is located 15 miles outside of London, then we have our London primary data centre (City Reach DC), with all data replicated to our replication site in Bournemouth (County Gates DC).

Having been long time customers of Safe Data storage I can say that we have really enjoyed their services. I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires a backup service. They have been absolutely wonderful and have really helped us out multiple times. George has been particularly wonderful at monitoring our systems and has always been fast to react whenever anything unusual has happened. From moving backup providers a few years back, Safe Data Storage have been fantastic! The support team go above and beyond expectations and are also straight to the point. We’ve had to run a few disaster recovery’s, all of which were restored very quickly and with no issues afterwards. The support team keep on top of the backup reports, and notify me if a schedule has missed or has any issues. These are resolved within the same day in time for the next schedule. I completely trust Safe Data Storage with the backup solutions and with the support. Not a bad word to say about any of the Safe Data Storage team. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a complete backup partner solution or a simple file and folder backup.

Having 'Googled' data backup, the first company that I contacted were expensive, too complicated and used too much 'jargon'. Then I contacted Safe Data Storage Ltd. What a complete contrast! Extremely helpful (nothing was too much trouble) and uncomplicated at a very reasonable cost. For those of you who are not technically minded, don't worry as setting up is very straight forward and Rob is at the end of a phone to help you out if you need him. I would highly recommend SDS!

We use the backup product, which is great. It even emails you a warning if the backup is not successful. SDS are really friendly and helpful. Rob talked us through the setup process to make sure that it was working properly. What a lovely change form the major national telecoms company we were using before! I'd recommend SDS to any SME business.
