Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
Say2eat has left both reviewers severely dissatisfied with their service. Both customers gave one-star ratings and reported broken promises and undelivered commitments.
The core complaints center on lack of follow-up and unmet agreements. One user reported no delivery on promised features after paying for a year-long subscription—a month in, their online ordering system still wasn't operational. The second reviewer characterized the actual product as rudimentary, suggesting they could have built something comparable themselves using standard website platforms. A significant financial investment ($2,100 mentioned) appears to have yielded little in return.
Neither review mentions any positive aspects of the service. Both customers expressed strong regret, with warnings to prospective buyers to avoid the company entirely. The small sample size means these views may not be fully representative, but the severity and alignment of complaints—particularly around non-delivery and poor value—should give serious pause to anyone considering a paid plan.

“Scamster company. PLease beware and dont fall for their sales…”
Scamster company. PLease beware and dont fall for their sales pitch and power point traps. I am guilty of wasting my $2100 and its been a month since I paid my 1 year subscription money but my online ordering system is still not ready. All they got is a high school project like website that I could have built myself thru Wix or Woocommerce.
