Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
Scratchpad delivers a friction-free note-taking and pipeline management layer that users find genuinely effective over sustained use. The standout appeal is minimal UI friction—the side panel integrates directly into Salesforce with an intuitive layout that requires no hunting through menus or guessing where fields live. Basic actions like updating close dates happen in seconds rather than navigating Salesforce's deeper workflows, and the simple to-do list actually gets used, unlike more complex task systems.
The reviewer emphasizes that this lightweight approach scales; after two years and team growth, reliability has remained consistent. The overall pitch is that Scratchpad lets users spend less time managing CRM mechanics and more time actually selling. One note: this is a single five-star review with no critical counterpoint, so it reflects only one user's perspective. Potential buyers should seek additional feedback to balance this clearly positive but narrow sample.

Two years of grinding through a fast-moving pipeline, and the UI still surprises me with how little friction there is. Everything is where you expect it to be. The side panel opens in Salesforce and you just start typing, no digging through tabs, no second-guessing where the field lives. I was skeptical that something this lightweight could hold up as we scaled from a scrappy handful of people to a proper team, but it has not let me down once.
Day-to-day it feels more like a notepad you actually want to open than a CRM task. My deal notes are right there, my pipeline columns are clean, and updating a close date takes about four seconds instead of the usual Salesforce odyssey. The to-do list is simple enough that I actually use it, which is more than I can say for every other task feature I have tried. If you care about spending less time managing your CRM and more time selling, the experience here is genuinely hard to beat.
