Bank.one needed research and development services. The company has a product development team in Israel, but not an R&D one. "We’re developing a web-based platform that uses blockchain technology. SENLA is working on software design, construction, and testing with us. They serve as our end-to-end offshore R&D team for the front-and backend of the platform. SENLA performs development along with our in-house team. I can’t say there haven’t been any issues, but the process is formal, they’re responsive, and they have clear communication. SENLA has been very flexible with our requirements. When we request a certain way of working with the team, they’re very flexible. They were willing to discuss the entire process and delivery sides of our project, and they found it to be an important issue. The motivation didn’t come from wanting a higher invoice They’re adaptive to what the customer requires. For example, I’ve asked them for CI-CD services as an additional requirement."
