You can contact them about anything. It doesn't have to be a problem. Frankly speaking it was very hard to me to find a good web host with stable servers. We have used Serverion dedicated server to host new e-commerce website for a few months. During the time we have had an excellent and consistent service. On the rare occasion that I've had to raise a support ticket, it has always been answered quickly and efficiently. In summary, I would definitely recommend Serverion to others. The best on the market in my opinion.
