Shoffr is an Online to Offline (O2O) Omnichannel Customer Data Platform for brands/retailers that enables and tracks online engagements and store footfall. Shoffr's platform is unique as it helps leverage brand's Online Media to drive traffic to their Offline Stores with attribution while providing end to end tracking. Shoffr is GDPR compliant and can be used by brands across any geography. Shoffr’s platform enables the brands to engage with their customers via different online touchpoints, the discovery of the product and find the nearest stores with that product in their inventory. An Arrival Code is issued to the customer for the store staff to scan and fetch the correct product at offline stores upon arrival. Shoffr’s was launched in 2017 and in 2019 it's business and platform got acquired by Affle and now complements Affle’s omnichannel platform.
