Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
ShopKetti's inventory management works in isolation but struggles with multi-location synchronization. The core feature exists and functions adequately for single-site operations, but users deploying it across multiple locations encounter persistent sync delays that create practical headaches—stock counts lag between registers, leading to phantom inventory, frustrated staff, and manual end-of-day corrections. The vendor has acknowledged this as a known issue, which after six months of use leaves buyers without a clear path to resolution.

“Inventory management was the whole reason I pushed for ShopKetti…”
Inventory management was the whole reason I pushed for ShopKetti across our locations. Six months later, I have a complicated relationship with it. The feature exists, it works at a surface level, and for a single-location boutique it would probably be fine. Rolling it out across multiple sites is a different story entirely. Syncing stock counts between locations is slow, sometimes embarrassingly so. I've watched a cashier ring through a sale on one iPad while another register on the other side of the building still shows the old quantity. That lag causes real problems: phantom stock, unhappy staff, and a lot of manual correction at end of day. Their support team told me this is a known sync latency issue. That response, six months in, is not comforting.
