The value here is almost unfair to competitors. Running this on behalf of multiple clients over the past year, I keep waiting for the pricing to sting, and it just doesn't. Siemens structures their tiers in a way that actually makes sense for an agency context, where you're managing environmental data streams across different accounts with very different scopes. No surprise line items, no awkward conversations when a client's usage spikes mid-quarter. That transparency alone is worth something.
The platform itself is thorough. Data aggregation across facility types, solid audit-trail functionality, and reporting that my clients can actually hand off to their compliance teams without extra cleanup. Customer support has been responsive when I've needed it, though response times can stretch a bit on complex tickets. Even so, for what Siemens charges relative to what you get, I'd push any agency doing environmental work to take a serious look at this.
