Avoid Smartcool at all costs! "I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Smartcool, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. From the initial inquiry to the final promised energy savings (or lack off), I was met with incompetence, rudeness, broken promises, disregard for my concerns. I am extremely dissatisfied with Smartcool's so called energy reduction products/services and would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to look elsewhere. They clearly do not value their customers promise savings with no real substance and prioritise profits over customer satisfaction.
