I got this service for work, and after sending in 10 emails, I couldn't get 1 reply back. The customer service sucks. I don't see how this company can be in service with shitty customer service. They don't have a phone number, they don't respond to email or tickets. The worst ever. I got a refund and went to another company!

I you do not need a silly amount of space, their support and feature set is hard to beat. The thing is, SolVPS ssd vps host does really give you that much space. Super nice and helpful customer service. FTP access has sometimes been a little bit spotty, which is why I could not give them a 100% score; it is sometimes intermittent, but nothing too large to open a complaint about.

I used to be with a different host with my other projects, but I was unsatisfied with the delayed support response times, unfriendly customer service and frequent downtime. It was a headache each and every day and after doing my research, I was recommended to SOLVPS (www.solvps.com) and let me tell you that it is by far the best decision I have ever made. Other than scheduled downtime, their service has been up 100% for me.
