What is sproof?
sproof was founded 2020 by Clemens Brunner, Fabian Knirsch and Erich Höpoldseder in Salzburg Austria and reinvented the digital signature for Europe. The sproof sign e-signature tool is software for digitizing signature workflows. With the tool, signatures can be collected quickly and easily and documents can be signed digitally. The signatures are fully legally (QES) valid and GDPR compliant. In addition, sproof sign can be customized to your own branding and integrated into existing systems and workflows via API. In addition, sproof sign enables the creation and filling out of forms and the management of documents and contacts. : sproof enables us to sign documents anywhere, quickly and, above all, completely legally. This saves us time and money and we can complete our processes much faster. -: I received an email warning that documents will be automatically deleted. That annoyed me for a moment - but later I realized that this is due to the strict European data protection regulations. : sproof ermöglicht uns Dokumente ortsunabhängig, schnell und vor allem komplett rechtsgültig zu unterschreiben. Damit sparen wir Zeit, Geld und können unsere Prozesse viel schneller abschließen. -: Ich bekam eine Warnung per Email, dass Dokumente automatisch gelöscht werden. Das hat mich kurz geärgert - bin aber später drauf gekommen, dass dies aufgrund der strengen europäischen Datenschutzbestimmungen erfolgt.
