“Two years in and the tool itself does what it…”
Two years in and the tool itself does what it promises on whole life carbon calculations. Genuinely useful for concept-stage work. But the pricing structure was built for firms, not for solo practitioners like me. I pay the same tier as a small studio, and that stings every renewal cycle.
They haven't budged on offering any kind of freelancer or single-seat discount. I've asked. Customer service is polite but the answer is always no. For the functionality you get, it's hard to justify the cost when most of my projects are small-scale residential retrofits.
