Good support makes or breaks a free tool, and Toxnot actually delivers on that front. Running chemical hazard assessments for multiple clients means I hit weird edge cases constantly, and their team has responded quickly every single time, sometimes within hours. Real answers, not boilerplate. That matters a lot when a client is waiting on a GreenScreen score clarification before a product launch.
