Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
TraQtion delivers reliable uptime that solo consultants and small teams can stake client work on, though customer support response times lag. Over three years, the platform has maintained strong stability with only a couple of brief incidents, honest status updates when they occur, and a clean bug record. Document upload quirks appeared early but were patched quickly, and the user reports no serious issues in the past year and a half.
The main drawback is slow support response—first replies commonly take a full business day or more, which creates friction for consultants working under tight client audit deadlines. The user would pay for a faster support tier if available. Teams with more scheduling flexibility may feel this less acutely. Overall, the platform's dependability makes it worth the trade-off for independent practitioners who need infrastructure they can rely on.

“Three-plus years as a solo consultant and I've staked client…”
Three-plus years as a solo consultant and I've staked client audits on this platform holding up under pressure. It has. Uptime has been genuinely solid across that stretch, maybe two or three incidents I can recall, and both times their status page was honest and updates came quickly. For someone working alone without an IT team to fall back on, that reliability matters more than almost any feature list. The bug history is pretty clean too. Early on there were a couple of quirks in the supplier document upload flow, but patches landed fast and I haven't hit anything serious in the last year and a half.
The one real frustration is customer service response time. When I do hit a snag, the first reply can take a full business day, sometimes longer. That's a problem when a client's audit window is narrow. If you're running a larger team with more buffer, it probably stings less. For me, working tight timelines solo, I'd pay more for a faster support tier if they offered one. Still, the platform earns its place in my workflow.
