Support actually picks up. That's the short version. Rolling vLine out across multiple park locations at once is not a small ask, and I went in bracing for the usual slow-ticket frustration. Instead, every question I sent got a real answer within a few hours, not a canned FAQ link. The onboarding rep stayed on a call with my team until the scheduling config made sense.
My one gripe: the feature documentation lags behind what the product can actually do, so I had to ask support things I should have been able to find myself. Great people, thin docs. Overall, I'd call this a strong start.
