I want to compliment your company and one of your outstanding employees, Charles, who went to great lengths to help me migrate my Wordpress site from a local host to my new hosting account at WHC today. Having noticed that I was experiencing much difficulty with the upload, he graciously offered to help without my asking. Charles meticulously went through the process after I gave him access to my computer, and it wasn’t long before he found the problem and had my website up and running without a single glitch. Since I was able to watch his every move on my screen, it was obvious that he knew exactly what he was doing. Had Charles not assisted me today, I would not have been able to upload my site on my own, and I was about ready to give up. Having managed several websites since 1997, I can say that I have never experienced such forthcoming and dedicated service from any hosting company, let alone without an appointment and on a Sunday evening. I have thus decided to move my two other websites—and domains—to WHC once my current website project becomes fully operational. You have made a client for life. I had always imagined a hosting company as being a large and lifeless room full of computers. I now feel like I have a friend ready to offer help and technical expertise at a moment’s notice. I usually fend for myself—trial and error—but from now on, I will seek advice and services from my new hosting company—such as protection from hacking—thanks to the highly professional and timely service I received from Charles this evening. Simon has been very helpful in the past and Daniel B. helped me today via chat help and stuck with me for about 75 minutes until we got done what we had to (and fixed everything along the way).
