Excellent support, fast and competent. Have proven to be more competent than other big names who have excellent reviews. The Control Panel has moved on and has got nice features. I was with Zen internet and despite good reviews they have failed in different aspects over the many years I have been with them, they are getting worse and fees not cheap, software and services not updated, portal confusing, never changed for years, errors in supporting and charges for services cancelled. Give Wiserhosting a go, I would really recommend them. I have moved back.

An excellent company with all uk-based support in English. no "i no speak understan" etc. Also extensive technical knowledge readily given. Sadly they use the c-panel crepe like most people, but one day.....
