We offer a flat fee pay-per-booking option or a subscription based monthly fee, with no long term contracts or setup fees and a 30 day free trial. Unlike other Online Booking & Property Management Systems (PMS), we provide VRCs with easy to use tools ( our custom WordPress Plugin) to create their own custom websites integrated with online booking, add a direct pay merchant account, with automated emails & calendar updates, multilevel user accounts, view real time reservation analytics data, complete with multi-currency and multi-language support. Our unique platform provides a complete end to end user flow for a fast & easy customer booking experience on the VRCs website through to satisfying all of the rental professionals core needs of reservations management, direct payments, automatic calendar updates & email correspondence and customer relations management (CRM). In addition, we reduce customer complexity even more by exposing our APIs and webhooks for integration with robust add-on solutions, such as channel partners, and accounting, yield management and customer relationship software. We are following in the path of best-of-breed products such as Docusign, Zendesk, and Marketo who are evidence of disruptive fully integrated enterprise solutions.
