Pros: Assigning duties and responsibilities and who is taking the lead was our major issues. By using this software, we had overcome many challenges. Cons: They can improve in many ways. Can add Videos and audio function. Recommendations to other buyers: I’ve tried working with other capture management tools, but I’ve found them clunky and difficult to navigate. I love the usability of Zbizlink and the fact that it’s so affordable.
