"Lead Retrieval the way you need" What do you like best about Zuant? Zuant - the company, is terrific, their customer service is great! Zuant - the app, is very helpful for our company that asks the same questions of everyone - and there are multiple answers to choose from. What do you dislike about Zuant? The biggest issue we have is that currently the app doesn't work on android devices. But they are working on that. Recommendations to others considering Zuant: Give Zuant a try, they are a great company with a great product. What problems is Zuant solving and how is that benefiting you? For lead retrieval at our trade shows we find it is very helpful to have a single app set up to use every time. Once our booth personnel learn the app they can use it at all the shows we attend.

It´s help me to capture data in any moment. For me, the most important atribute, is that i can use it without wifi connection. Also, We can automate the marketing strategy with the sales strategy thanks to the captured results. Cons: It is not possible to connect or link this platform with other android tools, it will be useful due to the attributes of google adwords and other tools to measure the potential of the market and consumers.

"Zuant has been great..." Overall: Very good. Pros: The software is pretty easy to use, update and create. The widgets are fairly easy to edit. And their support has been very quick to respond, even though they are in the UK. 5* Value for Money Cons: Wish the Widgets were just a little easier to manipulate. Alternatives Considered: Captello and Precision Events Reasons for Choosing Zuant: Pricing was the biggest factor, and being able to email literature to the attendee.

Overall: Overall, Our entire company views Zuant as a staple in our trade show program. We have built our trade show program around the use of Zuant for lead capture. We have not found anything better. Also, the support staff is outstanding in my opinion. Pros: Zuant is very user-friendly. What I like the most is the ease of use. Our team simply has to download the app from their app store, we add them as a user, they then sync the app and their on their way. It requires very little instruction. I have had new users use it for the first time without issue. Also, we have the option to add multiple forms an devices if needed as well the app works both online an offline. Cons: Zuant has been extremely helpful to as our international trade show program has grown as a result of utilizing Zuant. The one thing I wish it could do is provide instant translations of business cards and or badges to English. The Zuant team has worked on this technology with us. Overall 10/10 I would recommend

"Same program, same device, every show." Overall: Our team loves using Zuant, and the interaction with our Account Management team can't be beat! Pros: Same program on staff devices - any show, anywhere! We love the showroom feature, with our product literature categorized so easily. It's perfect to add to the lead email to the customer, which is immediately sent just as the submit button is clicked. Easy Peasy. Cons: I cannot think of anything, as improvements on auto-sync have been made!
