We're used UKFast for a few years now. Previous to this we used to purchase relatively cheap dedicated servers without any support and it used to be very stressful on occasion. During an episode of all servers being offline for over 10 hours we decided that we needed to source "proper" hosting and I settled on UK Fast after chatting to a few different UK hosting companies. Our set up now is load balanced, has redundancy and in the rare cases we've had a problem UK Fast have picked up the phone in under 2 dials and somebody there has been able to help me. Normally above and beyond what I would have expected. If your website is important to your business then please, do yourself a favour and give UKFast as call. Do not try and save money when it comes to hosting your business, you will eventually regret it!
