Pros: Ease of use from phone and computer. RentMatch Comparison! Tenant's ability to report maintenance through their online portal. Cons: It can be a bit overwhelming when first learning all of the capabilities. Overall: AppFolio has been a great tool for our company. I cannot imagine being in this business without it.
