Two months in and the integration story is a real problem for us. Connecting Rackspace to the donor management and LMS platforms my team depends on daily has been clunky at best. Their support pointed me to documentation that was either outdated or just not applicable to our configuration. Frustrating, especially when the clock is running on a grant-funded project.
To be fair, uptime has been solid and the control panel is cleaner than what I expected at this price point. But if your org runs on a patchwork of third-party tools, budget extra time for that integration work.
