Transparent pricing. That's the thing I kept waiting to fall apart, and two years later it still hasn't. Running a small distribution operation, I can't absorb surprise invoices or tiered billing traps, and Prime Food Software has never handed me either. The cost structure made sense on day one and it still makes sense now. For what a comparable Acumatica-based solution would cost if I'd had to build it out myself, this is frankly a steal.
The traceability features are tight and the lot-tracking workflow has saved my team real headaches during audits. Customer service is responsive, though I've noticed response times slip a little during busy periods. That's a minor gripe. What keeps me loyal is that I'm not constantly recalculating whether this tool is worth the line item. It is. Small food distributors who are skeptical about cloud ERP costs should take a hard look at what's actually included here before assuming it's out of reach.
