Clean, navigable, actually pleasant to look at. That's not something I say about scheduling software often. Three years into using Delfoi for coordinating our training center's workshop calendar and resource allocation, the UI is still the main reason I keep recommending it internally. Everything lives where you expect it to, and new staff pick it up without much hand-holding.
The one real frustration is the mobile view. It's functional but clearly an afterthought, and when I'm approving schedule changes away from my desk it gets fiddly. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing.
