Five-plus years in, and Optify still surprises me with how gracefully it handles the weird stuff. Matching coaches when someone's mid-parental-leave or suddenly switching roles, tracking engagements across a cohort where half the participants have wildly different schedules, running assessments for a team that grew from eight people to forty-three in under two years. These scenarios broke every other tool I tried before landing here. Optify bent, not broke.
The one real limitation I keep bumping into is custom reporting. The built-in views cover most needs, but pulling a very specific cross-segment breakdown still requires help from their support team rather than just doing it yourself. Their customer service is responsive enough that it's never been a crisis, but self-serve flexibility there would make this a no-brainer for anyone managing a growing program solo.
