The API is documented well enough that my team's dev lead wired up a custom integration in a weekend. That kind of flexibility matters when you're juggling a few dozen domains across multiple products.
The one gripe I'd flag: the integrations dashboard inside GoDaddy's own portal could use some polish. It's functional, but navigating between connected services feels a bit patchwork compared to the rest of the interface. Customer support, when I've needed it for integration questions specifically, has been hit or miss depending on who picks up. Still, for the price and the genuine breadth of what you can connect it to, this is a solid pick for any mid-size operation that wants domains to fit into a wider tech ecosystem rather than sit in isolation.
