The ATS workflow in Avionte is where I keep spending my time, and honestly, it deserves the attention. Job order creation, candidate matching, and submission tracking are all wired together in a way that makes sense even when you're running the whole desk solo. I found myself moving from a requisition to a placed candidate in fewer clicks than I expected for a platform this comprehensive. The only gripe: the reporting side feels like it was built for a much larger team. Customizing a simple placement summary took me longer than it should have at week two.
