Support is what keeps me loyal. Running HR consulting solo means when something breaks, I need an actual human who knows the product, not a bot pointing me at help articles. Zoho People's support team has surprised me every single time. Fast replies, genuinely useful answers, and on two occasions they jumped into a screenshare without me even asking.
About a year in now, and my confidence in this tool comes mostly from knowing I'm not on my own with it. The self-service portal and timesheet features do the job well, but the support quality is the real reason I'm not going anywhere.
