Remote work nearly broke our deadline tracking. That's the honest starting point. Decision Design's legal calendar software was the fix, and three years later I genuinely can't picture going back.
The mobile experience is what I keep returning to when someone asks me about this product. Court deadlines, statute triggers, filing windows, all of it surfaces cleanly on my phone without the usual squinting and horizontal scrolling you get from tools that were clearly built for a desktop and then bolted onto mobile as an afterthought. I can check a critical response deadline from an airport gate or approve a calendar entry my paralegal flagged while I'm between meetings. That kind of flexibility matters enormously when your firm is growing fast and the people responsible for compliance aren't always sitting at a desk. Notifications are reliable too, which sounds like a low bar, but I've used enough software that misses that basic requirement to appreciate it.
Decision Design's team has also been genuinely responsive any time I've had a configuration question. They're not handing you a knowledge base article and calling it support. A real person comes back with an actual answer, usually fast. For a growing legal ops team that doesn't have IT staff to troubleshoot integrations, that matters. If you're evaluating options for a firm that needs real mobile usability and not just a mobile-friendly checkbox, this one earns serious consideration.
